This website, all associated content, software, code, AI models, interfaces, systems, and services (collectively, the "Services") are the exclusive property of Neural Operations & Holdings LLC ("NeuralOps", "we", "us", or "our") and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

All text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio, video, data compilations, software, source code, object code, algorithms, AI models, neural network architectures, training data, user interfaces, and any other materials displayed on or accessible through our Services are owned or licensed by NeuralOps and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Proprietary AI Systems

Our proprietary AI systems, including but not limited to Epsilon AI, learning engines, language models, reasoning systems, and all associated algorithms, architectures, weights, parameters, and training methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of NeuralOps. These systems represent significant research, development, and proprietary innovations.

• All AI models, neural network architectures, and training algorithms are proprietary and confidential
• Model weights, parameters, and learned representations are trade secrets
• Training methodologies, data processing pipelines, and optimization techniques are proprietary
• Any outputs generated by our AI systems remain subject to our intellectual property rights

3. Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with our Terms of Service. This license does not include:

• Reproduction, copying, or duplication of any content, code, or AI models
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or systems
• Extraction or scraping of data, models, or proprietary information
• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any Services or outputs
• Creation of derivative works based on our proprietary systems
• Removal or alteration of copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

• Attempting to access, extract, or download AI model weights, parameters, or training data
• Reverse engineering or attempting to replicate our AI systems or algorithms
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or extract content or data
• Distributing, sublicensing, or transferring any rights to our Services
• Using our Services to create competing products or services
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. Third-Party Resources

Our Services may incorporate third-party resources used in compliance with their respective licenses:

• Google Fonts (Inter & JetBrains Mono): Used under the Open Font License (OFL)
• Open-Source Libraries: Various open-source libraries and frameworks are used in compliance with their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.)
• All third-party resources are properly attributed and used in accordance with their license terms

Note: The use of third-party open-source resources does not affect our ownership of proprietary AI systems, custom code, unique implementations, and original content.

6. User-Generated Content

While users retain ownership of their original content, by using our Services, users grant NeuralOps:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store user content for service provision
• The right to use anonymized and aggregated data for AI training and system improvement
• The right to display, reproduce, and distribute user content as necessary to provide Services

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to grant these licenses and that their content does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Trademarks

"NeuralOps", "Neural Operations", "Epsilon AI", and all related logos, names, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Neural Operations & Holdings LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

NeuralOps respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us with a DMCA takedown notice containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

9. Enforcement

NeuralOps actively monitors for unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary systems and content. We reserve the right to:

• Take legal action against infringers, including seeking injunctive relief and damages
• Terminate access to Services for users who violate these terms
• Pursue criminal prosecution for willful copyright infringement
• Report violations to appropriate authorities and industry organizations
